2. Confirmation and acknowledgment of receipt
After submitting the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email confirming that we have received your claim. We undertake to provide you with a response within 30 days of receiving your request.
3. Follow-up and resolution
A member of our team will review your claim and contact you if additional information is required.
Beyond the 30-day period, in the event of disagreement or if we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you may contact independent mediation bodies.
