The RGF Group continues its rapid expansion in Wallonia
The RGF Group continues its strategic expansion with the acquisition of Armoni, a company specializing in wealth management in Waterloo. This transaction, finalized in February 2025, further accelerates the group's development and strengthens its position among the major players in brokerage and financial consulting in Belgium.

A look back at the Group's expansion in 2024
Integration of Hallet Insurance Agency
In October 2024, Hallet Assurances, which has been operating in Trois-Ponts for over 50 years, officially joined the RGF Group. The expanded team ensures optimal availability while maintaining the existing infrastructure. With this new collaboration, the Group's presence in Wallonia is further extended, adding a strategic location in Trois-Ponts, located between the sites of Heusy and Marche-en-Famenne.
Integration of the Godin insurance office in Heusy
Since December 2024, Philippe Godin and his Assur G office, based in Verviers, have also joined the RGF. The entire team has now moved into the Group's modern facilities in Heusy, consolidating its local presence and expertise in serving customers in the region. Other offices are expected to join them later this year to continue the remarkable rise of this ultra-dynamic group!
Opening of the next business center in Lasne
In order to strengthen its physical presence in the Walloon Brabant region, the RGF Group will open its 13th agency next month. This is a brand new business center with over 700 m² of office space in the heart of Lasne, which will house a multidisciplinary team of around 30 people. " Staying as close as possible to our customers is part of our DNA, which is why we are continuing our expansion, today in the heart of Walloon Brabant, in order to further emphasize this proximity," says Raoul Gauthier, managing director.
This location is all the more relevant in view of the recent acquisition of Armoni, as well as the Patrimonia office, which joined the Group in 2023 and is also based in Waterloo. This once again highlights the Group's growth momentum and its desire to bring together the best expertise in the sector.
Once the Lasne offices open, the RGF Group will have 12 agencies in Wallonia and Brussels: Embourg, Beaufays (2 offices), Liège, Heusy, Trois-Ponts, Marche, Namur, Ciney, Brussels, Jette, and Lasne.
